1st Impressions Heating & Air Inc. is a trusted HVAC service provider dedicated to quality installations, exceptional customer service, and a strong team-oriented environment. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, replace, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform ductwork installations and modifications.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications (not required but preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid drivers license with a clean record.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
