PAY: $20.00 / HOUR
4:00PM-12:00AM Sunday - Thursday (40hrs/per week)
Second Shift
8 Hour Shift
We are recruiting for all schedules, weekends included.
JOB TYPE:Full-Time
RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct periodic patrols around the outside perimeter.
Conduct periodic foot patrols inside the facility.
Surveillance the lobby and parking lot areas via cctv.
Conduct excellent access control at the main entrance and exit of the facility.
Prioritize providing excellent customer service to our clients, their staff, and visitors.
Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
Provide rapid response in critical situations.
Read and write detailed reports in the third person.
Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards as required.
You are a mentor, a coach, and a leader for your team.
You help organize the hourly schedule.
You act as part of the chain of command for your team.
QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Ability to undergo and successfully complete an extensive pre-employment screening process.
You have at least 1 year of Security experience.
You have at least 1 year of Supervisor experience.
Valid Maryland Security License.
You must have a valid state driver's license.
You are at least 21 years of age or older.
